TO BEGIN: SCREENING

For my comfort and safety, all new clients must be screened prior to arranging a tryst. Please fill out the screening form provided below or e-mail with your full info and p411 (if you are registered), and most importantly 2-3 provider references. If you are new to this world, no worries. I would kindly ask that you submit a complete professional profile (LinkedIn, website) with a photograph attached on the webpage. However, the possibility of it being accepted may suffice at my discretion. As I understand our personal lives are highly valued, your information is guaranteed to be confidential and safe. Your details are for my eyes and ears only which will never be shared with anyone. I highly respect your privacy just as I treasure mine as well.

Please allow at least 24 hours for the screening procedure to be achieved. I do my best to complete the process ASAP, but due to reference correspondence, it may take longer than anticipated. Same-day appointments are very rarely available, so please book in advance if you would like to schedule a date.
